Honey With Grapefruit – Drink Which Burns Calories

2 ginger honey

Besides vitamin C, grapefruit contains vitamins А, B, D, E, calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, iron, and phosphorus. It has antibacterial properties and it also contains antioxidants.

Grapefruit in combination with honey makes a great elixir which will help you maintain beauty and health, and it will also help you burn calories.

Ingredients needed:

– 1 grapefruit

– 1 tablespoon of honey
